How long does it take to receive my refund?
Refunds will be operated after we receive and process your return. For items directed to our Returns Center, You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks after giving your package to the return shipper. This time includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (see below for specific guidelines).
